Performance carbon fibre exhaust for CBR250RR, all years. Straight bolt on for the CBR250RR, but can be used on virtually any 250cc with a free adaptor available upon request.
This pipe has a glossy finish and looks and sounds awesome. It comes with new brace, gasket and bolts for a smooth installation.
The pipe weights 1.2 Kg less than stock pipes! It is 100mm in diameter and 420mm long. We also have the shortie version, which is 300mm long.
Please note, this is not a Yoshimura pipe. It is just a good quality aftermarket pipe. There are 2 Yoshimura stickers with each pipe, for decoration purposes only. You may apply the stickers on the muffler, fairings, swing arm, or just anywhere you like.
The adaptor for the MC19 and other 250cc has to be installed by a mechanic, or someone with welding skills. It is not a plug-n-play adaptor, it requires a small modification to the extractor of your bike. You can see the photos of the conversion process on our Facebook page.
The adaptor is not necessary on the CBR250RR (MC22). If you need an adaptor, make sure you send us an email asking for one. Otherwise, we only post the exhaust with the brace, bolts and Yoshi stickers.

The exhaust looks good and sounds surprisingly deep, without being offensively loud. It is close to the swingarm, but so was the standard exhaust. It fitted up perfectly; for the price it's a really good choice.

When receiving the package it look well packed and maintained nicely. But when it came to try and fit the exhaust on, one of the holes didn't line up properly and the last bolt went in wonky. When getting the last bolt in, the ran like a charm and did it's job

The exhaust itself looks good and sounds good. Issues i had were the holes are not drilled 100% in exhaust the same spot as factory. Which made it extremely difficult to get one of the new bolts in. It ended up going in on a slight angle. Also there is very very very minimum clearance between the exhaust and the swingarm, around 1mm.
XCite Bikes staff: Thanks for your feedback. Indeed, if the exhaust is not installed straight, it might get close to the swing arm. If the pipe is not sitting straight, the extractor flange might be slightly bent, or the gasket might be on the way. It's very important to mount the pipe properly in order to get a perfect installation.
